Who we are
Rapid Tech LLC ("Rapid Tech," "we," "us") provides managed IT, cloud, and cybersecurity services. Our office is at 11703 224th Ave, Bristol, WI 53104. This policy covers the websites we operate at rapid.tech and www.rapid.tech. It does not cover the separate portals we link to (such as our client portal, store, or remote support tools), which have their own terms, or the services we deliver to clients under contract.
The short version
- We don't use advertising pixels, session-recording tools, or sell personal information.
- Analytics, live chat, and online scheduling on this site are provided by HubSpot — and none of them load until you click Accept on our consent banner.
- If you decline (or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal), the site works fine without them. You can always reach us by phone or email instead.
- Our contact form opens your own email program — what you type goes to us by email, not to a third-party form processor.
Information you choose to give us
If you email us, call us, use the contact form (which opens a message in your own email app addressed to ideas@rapid.tech), chat with us, or book a meeting, we receive what you provide — typically your name, company, contact details, and your message. We use it to respond to you, provide services, and keep normal business records.
Please don't put passwords or other sensitive data in chat or email. If we're working together and need credentials or confidential information, we'll give you a secure channel for it.
Cookies and similar technologies
With your consent, this site uses technology from HubSpot, Inc., our customer-relationship platform. If you decline consent, none of the items in this table are set or loaded:

Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) also keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) used for security and site operation.
Live chat — know before you type
Chat only appears if you've accepted cookies. Conversations in the chat widget are processed and stored by HubSpot on our behalf and are read by Rapid Tech staff so we can help you. Treat chat like email: fine for questions and scheduling, not the place for passwords, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive data.
Your choices
- Consent banner — tracking is off until you click Accept. Declining doesn't limit your use of the site.
- Change your mind — use the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page to revisit your choice at any time.
- Global Privacy Control — if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a standing opt-out and don't load these technologies or show you the banner.
- Browser controls — you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who process it on our instructions to run this site and our business — principally HubSpot (CRM, chat, scheduling, analytics) and Microsoft (website hosting and email) — and when required by law or to protect our rights. Service providers are bound by contracts limiting their use of the data.
Retention and security
We keep correspondence and CRM records as long as needed for the business relationship and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them. We're a security company; we apply the same controls we recommend to clients — including access controls, multi-factor authentication, and encryption in transit — to our own systems.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these, email ideas@rapid.tech or call (708) 637-8324 — we'll verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We won't discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
